In Texas, they say "Keep Austin Weird" and the folks at Upliftdesk.com reflect that zany positive energy through their amazing customer service experience. The website is very intuitive but you owe it to yourself to talk to one of their fun-loving customer service representatives. They have a lot of expert insight into their products and actually helped me make smarter decisions based on things like my height and work style. My experience with D. Freeberg was surely one I will not soon forget. It felt like I was talking to someone I've known for years. After finalizing my order, I came away feeling like the folks at Upliftdesk are a great group of individuals. I recommend all my friends, family, and colleagues shop Upliftdesk first if they are looking for a Sit-Standing Desk.
I bought my desk last spring, shortly after the Pandemic began. I didn't hold onto my receipt because my company wasn't reimbursing employees for office equipment at that point. However, now they are, and retroactively. I emailed customer service on the off-chance I could get a copy of my old receipt. I did! And within the same afternoon. I'm thrilled and the agent was so kind. Definitely recommend the desks and customer service.

After witnessing my son, with envy, use his UPLIFT Desk, I took the plunge and ordered one for myself. Unfortunately, it never arrived. I reached out to UPLIFT and Daniella descended from the cosmos to maintain order and my confidence in the goodness of the universe.
Although the in-transit loss was out of UPLIFT's control, Daniella took full ownership of the situation. She informed me of what she would do, then regularly communicated status updates. When it was determined the carrier had lost my desk, she immediately shipping out a replacement unit, tracking information and all.
I greatly appreciate Daniella's gracious professionalism, and that she did not let this carrier mishap get in the way of my already great experience with the UPLIFT brand.
BTW, solid product. Easy to assemble and steady like a rock!
I know people often say this, but I really don't normally take the time to write reviews. I decided to make quite an investment in Uplift and their products while remodeling a home office. I was a bit concerned at first as this was a business exchange totally done on line. But I wanted to take a chance on an Austin company, and I am so glad I did. Of the many transactions I placed, I had only one that I needed help with involving a chair damaged on arrival. I reached out to customer service and was so pleasantly surprised by the support Krysten provided that I told her "this is what customer service means". She saw my issue completely through to a satisfactory resolution and I am so pleased with her support and Uplifts handling of the issue that I will not hesitate to work with them again when it's time to remodel my Husband's home office. - Thank you Uplift and Krysten!
We have purchased four desks from Uplift over the past few years and both experiences have been excellent. The desks are top quality and the customer service is even better. Highly recommended!
I called customer service because I received an email telling me my desk would not be delivered for several months. Mackenzie Bay identified an error I had made in my order (I mistakenly ordered a custom-made wood desktop instead of a standard wood desktop) that was causing the delay. Her help reduced the price of the desk significantly and allowed me to receive the entire order three days later. Great service; great result.
Samantha Cobb was great, fast, easy and professional to work with. She coordinated with her team to get us the tax free order in within 24 hours.

I am so happy with the quality of this desk. I got the advanced keypad which reminds you to stand and the power grommet is so convenient to plug in ur phone. My sales rep Krysten New helped me to choose the perfect accessories and she even gave me a great discount. And it was so easy to put together. I highly recommend this desk so you won't be sitting for hours on end.
I recently purchased an L-shaped Uplift Desk after researching the market thoroughly. I was undecided between the Uplift model and one from a competitor and reached out to customer service via the Live Chat to have a few questions answered. After about a 15 minute wait, I was paired with Abby V., who not only thoroughly answered my questions, but offered to put together a custom quote with a few items I was adding that were not part of the desk bundle. It didn't take long before the quote came through, and she followed the purchase all the way through shipping.
While I cannot comment on the quality of the product yet, I will say that there level of customer service earned them the sale over their competitor.
Ordered V2 sit/stand desk and a bunch of accessories- everything was shipped on the same day. Received everything 3 days later except table top (that took 6 days). When I placed the order expected shipping time was 7-10 business days...
I ordered the Acacia Butcher block upgrade & it is beautiful and better than I expected it would be. Moves up and down quickly, easily, and quietly. Completely worth the investment! Highly recommend for anyone who is working remotely at home. I also recommend the Motion-X board and Motion stool. Bonus: my cat loves sleeping in the free under desk hammock I got!
I ordered a customized desk from Uplift that cost over $2500. It quickly arrived in multiple packages except for the wood top which was back-ordered for a month (I knew this going into the purchase). I began installing a temporary wood top on the desk until the one ordered arrived. I called Uplift's customer support regarding a few questions I had on the installation. The customer support person requested I email him some photos for further clarification and he would get with his manager and call me right back. I immediately emailed pictures, diagrams, etc. then waited for a return phone call. Hours later I still hadn't heard and followed up with another call to customer support. After a long wait on hold, I spoke with another representative. He said he would have the first representative return my call instead of trying to help me himself. This continued a few more times throughout the day and I finally gave up on receiving a return phone call or any kind of help from their customer support. I don't know if I would have made this same purchase with this company knowing how poor their customer support would be especially for the steep price!
I've bought two desks from Uplift. The first one, a standing desk, was shipped quickly. The design and style are perfect, the height adjustment is perfect, especially for taller people. Based on the first desk, I bought a small fixed height table. The tabletop arrived split in two places. I called Uplift, they answered promptly, walked me through the replacement process on the call, and got the issue resolved. I would recommend both the desk and the organization.
I've worked using a standing desk converter for years. Recently, I was finally ready to transition to a full adjustable desk and researched the various options long and hard and ultimately chose Uplift. (I got a C-Frame base - combined it with my own top from a local woodshop). I'm very pleased thus far. I had a ton of questions before buying and Uplift support patiently answered all of them - several times. The desk is fantastic and I couldn't be happier.
